1 Million Trees
OneMillionTrees4Kilifi is a tree-planting initiative in Kilifi County, Kenya, launched in 2022. It engages students in planting trees to combat deforestation, improve local climate, and raise environmental awareness, benefiting both schools and surrounding communities.
Kilifi Youth Assembly
The Kilifi Youth Assembly, launched in 2021, is a youth-led platform empowering young people to shape policies that address key challenges. Representing Kilifi’s 35 wards, it focuses on health, agriculture, education, and gender equality.
Vision Magnet Theatre
Our main focus is Behaviour change communication through theatre art. We implement our projects or activities through volunteers. We saw the gaps in the communities and we thought of coming in to fill in the gap and be the intermediate link for the community and opportunities.
Nguzo Hub
Empowers youth and women on entrepreneurship business development and technology skills. Intense training programs and mentorship among the youth. To enable them become self-reliant and eradicate poverty through employment creation for self and others.
Mijikenda Cultural Institute
The Mijikenda Cultural Institute (MCI) in Malindi, Kenya, promotes and preserves the culture of Coastal Kenya’s indigenous communities, especially the Mijikenda. Through research, community development, and sharing traditions like art, stories, and music, MCI fosters unity and peaceful coexistence in the region.
Angaza Young Mums
Angaza Young Mums was born to support young mothers facing stigma, neglect, and shame. Grace, a survivor of early motherhood herself, turned her pain into purpose, creating a Christian-based haven under the church. We embrace, empower, and uplift young mothers, reminding them that their story begins with courage and hope.

The Shella Environmental Youth Group is a dedicated team of young individuals tackling pressing environmental challenges through climate mitigation, cleaning initiatives, and Climate Resilient Agriculture to protect and restore the environment.

Malindi Community and Human Rights Centre advances rights in Kilifi, focusing on children, women, and community empowerment. Girls to Women Foundation
A women-led CBO in Magarini, Kilifi County, empowers vulnerable girls through education, mentorship, and leadership programs. It addresses education, livelihoods, WASH, women’s empowerment, and climate justice, while providing dignity kits to keep girls in school amidst rising teenage pregnancies.
Rotaract Club Of Malindi
The Rotaract Club of Malindi empowers communities through service, focusing on environmental restoration, health awareness, and youth mentorship. We plant mangroves, offer free cancer screenings, and mentor young people. In 10 years, we’ve planted thousands of trees, screened 300+ for cancer, and mentored 40+ children.
Green Halo
The Green Halo Initiative is a research-based organization that actively promotes Climate Action and Sustainable development. Through research, content creation, advocacy, and monitoring. Green Halo aims to consider the scientific facts and specific circumstances of communities in order to effectively address environmental challenges.
Tosha Youth Group
Tosha Youth group, it’s a youth serving organisation which was established in 2007 and registered in 2008 under the ministry of gender and social services with registration number ss/mld/cd/60/2008.The group aims to promote the wellbeing of group members and also to empower the community socially,economically,spiritually through edutainment.
