Limited financial, human, and technical resources affect the Hub’s ability to sustain programmes, expand its reach, and strengthen internal systems.
2. Limited Visibility and Community Outreach
The Hub needs stronger communication and outreach mechanisms to increase awareness of its work, reach more community members, and attract partners and opportunities.
3. Inconsistent Programme Implementation
Activities are not always implemented consistently due to resource constraints, competing priorities, and gaps in planning and follow-through.
4. Weak Team Synergy and Coordination
Gaps in communication, role clarity, planning, and collaboration sometimes affect teamwork and the effective delivery of activities.
