United Malindi Artist
UMA was founded in 2017 and registered in 2017 when it began carrying out interventions aimed at creating public awareness on human rights and provision of free legal aid on issues on security. UMA delivers its activities through the power and spirit of volunteerism approach to build sustainable communities / intercultural exchange and thriving villages in our County. Our main purpose is to strengthen the role and impact of youth and women in peace building and governance and promotion of adolescent sexual and reproductive health, to prevent health and social problems, and to respond to them if and when they arise. UMA provides services in education in HIV/AIDS awareness and management, capacity building sessions to youths and women, primary and secondary schools, peace awareness and community entrepreneurship.

Mission
To harness the talents and resources available amongst the community to promote self-help, creativity, leadership, entrepreneurship and educational initiatives by the youths.
Vision
To have all people expressing freely on matters to do with human rights, sexual rights, peace and justice and sexual and gender based violence
Challenges

Achievements
1. Performing in the youth extravaganza funded by Kwacha Afrika and winning an award
2. being funded two hundred thousand Kenyan shillings by European Union with the help of Search for common ground and MUHURI to implement the INUKA project
3. Being funded fifty thousand Kenyan shillings by MUHURI to implement their access to justice project.
4. Training of 300 youths in alternatives to violence (Peace Training)
5. Establishment of the organization social media networks that serves as a platform for organization publicity and promotion to the entire world.
6. Mentoring 200 primary and secondary students
