Was established and registered on 29/11/2012 under the ministry of Gender, Children and Social development with registration number DGSD/MAL/MLD/YG/150 this is as it is indicated in the Certificate.

PURPOSE OF GROUP EXISTANCE
Shinars Arts Youth Group was established with the local youths in Malindi from various locations with an intention of creating a platform of opportunity with different artistic talents. This resulted due to the increase in cases of youths being negatively involved in matters affecting personal livelihood or the community at large. Shinar-s Arts Youth Group targets youths with different talents to utilize their
capability to pass vital/important information to the community for a better livelihood of our people.
